Nature of Work:

Innovation Research Fellows will be assigned tasks in research and innovation, mechanical design, project management, research paper development, and 3D model creation and printing. These tasks are primarily designed to be carried out remotely in a work-from-home mode.

Remuneration Details:

 Research Fellowship: ₹1,00,000 per candidate for a duration of one year.

 Innovative Project Work Intern: Compensation will be as per IINNFOKIDAA company policies and regulations.

The Research & Development (R&D) Department at IINNFOKIDAA is a hub of innovation and technical excellence, actively working on advanced projects related to EV

battery swapping technology and charging stations. These initiatives aim to provide seamless, fast, and cost-effective energy solutions for EV users, reducing downtime and

enhancing convenience.

To support its ambitious projects, IINNFOKIDAA invites applications from passionate and skilled professionals, engineers, and research students for various positions. The selection

process includes an online application followed by a screening test to identify the most talented and innovative individuals.

Government Support: IINNFOKIDAA Solutions has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with government bodies to promote sustainable EV infrastructure.

This collaboration has enabled the company to access critical resources, technical guidance, and funding to expand its initiatives. The government partnership underscores the

company’s commitment to contributing to the nation’s vision of a cleaner, greener future through robust EV infrastructure.

With a focus on developing efficient battery swapping systems and state-of-the-art charging stations, IINNFOKIDAA Solutions is paving the way for a sustainable EV

Upon successful completion of the internship, top performers have the opportunity to work on government-supported projects and considered for permanent roles at IINNFOKIDAA based on their performance.

Students can apply for both internship and fellowship at a same time with a age limit 18-35.

Selection Stages for Applicants

1. Stage 1 (Application Submission)

   • Application open until April 31, 2025

   • Applicants fill out the form and submit it through the website.

2. Stage 2 (Application Number Email)

   • On April 20, 2025, applicants receive an email with their unique application number.

3. Stage 3 (Online Screening Test)

   • The screening test will take place on May 27, 2025.

   • Applicants will receive test details via email.

4. Stage 4 (Final Selection & Document Submission)

   • The list of selected candidates will be published on the website and sent via email from Iinnfokidaa.

   • Selected candidates must submit all required documents.

 Terms & Conditions:

1) The selection committee will shortlist candidates through the respective online screening processes.

2) An application fee of ₹100 will be charged for each application.

3) The decision of the company’s committee will be final and binding on all applicants.

4) Selected candidates will receive a selection letter via email from the company's official email ID.

5)Deadline for both application form filling process is 31 April 2025.
